CROWN GAMING MEXICO S.A. de C.V., hereinafter referred to as CROWN, with address at Monte Elbruz, number 132, interior 804, colonia Polanco II Sección, alcaldía Miguel Hidalgo, Mexico City Mexico C.P. 11530, is responsible for collecting your personal data, the use, storage and protection given to them.

To carry out the purposes described in this Privacy Notice we will use personal identification, contact (email, local phone and/or cell phone) and labor data, date of birth, age, nationality, RFC, CURP, gender, marital status, address, phone (local and/or cell phone), email, marital status, INFONAVIT history, social security number, criminal and/or legal background, name and relationship of beneficiaries, name and telephone contact in case of emergency, academic level, name of the institution, years of study and document obtained (certificate, degree and/or professional license), area of experience, position, pension plan, institutional mail, telephone and extension, file number, employee number, date of hiring and date of termination of employment. In addition to the above, CROWN may obtain individualized information from third party sources that in turn are obliged to comply with applicable privacy laws. In case of requesting sensitive personal data, the express written consent of the owner will be required through his/her autographic or electronic signature or any other mechanism established for such purpose.
Personal data and sensitive personal data provided to us by you, in accordance with the Law, are stored in controlled databases with limited access, and we undertake that they will be treated under the strictest security measures to ensure their confidentiality. CROWN undertakes not to sell, lease, rent or transfer personal data to third parties not related to or acting under the instructions of CROWN, without prior consent.
CROWN respects the privacy of your data, so you have the power at any time to withdraw your consent, to request that your personal information is used in a restricted manner, and even request that it is not transferred within the national territory and / or abroad, you also have the power to request the review and / or correction of your personal data. This request must contain:

CROWN will respond to the e-mail address that the holder of the Personal Data designates in its request, being able to indicate in the request different means to receive such response. CROWN will respond within a maximum period of 20 (twenty) calendar days, or the maximum allowed by law. The response by CROWN will indicate whether the request for access, rectification, cancellation or opposition is appropriate and, if so, CROWN will make the determination effective within 15 (fifteen) calendar days following the date on which it communicates the response or the maximum allowed by law. The deadlines may be extended in the terms set forth by the Law.
The temporality of the handling of your personal data will be for a period of time in which the relationship with CROWN subsists, plus a period of 5 (five) years after the end of the relationship, which may be extended when required by law, and you may object to the handling of such data at any time you deem appropriate according to the mechanism indicated in this section, or, as the case may be, when such personal data is no longer necessary for the fulfillment of the purposes set forth in this Privacy Notice and the applicable legal provisions, for which reason the personal data will be cancelled, thus complying with the provisions of article 11 of the Law.
CROWN, will only transfer your personal data when it has the purpose of fulfilling obligations arising from a legal relationship or when a resolution is issued by a competent authority.
In any case, CROWN will communicate to the recipients this Privacy Notice in order to ensure that your information is used under the terms of this and, if necessary, the corresponding consents for such transfers will be requested.
